Details:	QuiltFest 2015 "Special Effects" September 24, 25, 26 Prime F Osborn III Convention Center 1000 Water Street Jacksonville, Florida Free parking in the Prime Osborne parking lot (has a train engine just inside the entrance) access on Bay Street HOURS Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm QuiltFest is an open judged show. Prize money will be awarded in each category as follows: 1st place - $300, 2nd place - $200 and 3rd place - $100 In addition, each of the following will receive: Best of Show - $300 Artistic Merit, Best Hand Quilting and Best Machine Quilting - $100 each Ribbons only will be awarded for Judge's Recognition, Honorable Mention, Presidents' Award, Viewer's Choice and all Young Quiltmakers The quilt in the header is "Colors of Life" made by Janet Frank from Tallahassee, Florida. It won First Place in the "Intermediate Pieced" category at QuiltFest 2013. Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
