Rectrangles ™ is full of NEW Quick Piecing Tricks that only Pam Bono can offer, giving no truth to the saying that "you can't teach an old dog new tricks!" You CAN. Just let "Zelda Wisdom", Pam's affectionate bulldog, amuse you.
Packed full of projects, this book will delight you.
Pam says, "The technique we are featuring in this book is not a new one, however, we have found a way to use it with our other quick piecing techniques. As you can see, it can give a design a completely different look and round off sharp points, giving the pieced design an appliqué look. It is simplified so that templates are no longer necessary, nor must you go through the procedure of cutting the shapes; then trimming points and finally matching triangular shapes to come up with a true rectangle. The method that we have developed assures that points match, even though trimming is necessary only after the unit is made."

Judy's Note:
If you've ever tried Pam Bono's methods of quilting, you'll know how easy Pam makes sewing with the style she has created throughout several publications. This is no exception! Pam uses The Angler ™ in most of her methods by placing a square on top of a rectangle and sewing diagonally, like a sew and flip method. Why it had never dawned on her before, but now she places a rectangle on top of a rectangle using the same method. The results are superb.
