This pattern was previously loved/precut and was also thoroughly inspected for entirety and it is all here and fully functional. All of our patterns are stored in a dry, clean, non-smoking store. All of our patterns are in usable condition. Due to age of some and previous owners storage habits, the outside package has some damage.
