Like new, only one piece cut out but it is still there and functional. Due to age, or previous owners' storage habits, there may be minor damage to the outside packaging. 

Simplicity 8557 - Misses Shirts with Detachable Jabots:  Button front shirt with long sleeve pleated to cuffs has collar band and optional patch pocket. Buttoned cuffs or french cuffs. Jabot V 1 with ruffles has front buttoned band. V 2, 4 and 5 have back buttoned neck bang. V 2 is pleated to band. V 4 and 5 are gathered to band. V 4 has rick rack trim. V 5 is in lace or eyelet flouncing.  This pattern is dated 1993.
